Abstract


Crossed or transverse ectopic testis is a rare anomaly of testicular descent. It has been noted that fewer than 100 cases have been reported in the world literature.

In this paper, we report a new case found in 3 years old child, whose the clinical examination found a empty scrotal purse and 2 structures of testicular pace in other side.

A laparoscopic exploration was decided and has revealed a crossed ectopic testicular, the crossed testis was left in place; normal size development of the 2 testis was detected with echographic control.
