The laparoscopic repair for VUR was described for the first time in 1994 by Ehrlich et al. Since then different studies have been published concluding to a success rates comparable to open surgery, with less morbidity. The aim of this work is to present a case of a unilateral VUR in an 6-year-old girl treated by laparoscopic lich gregoir approch.
The aim of our work is to present a clinical case of left vesico-ureteral reflux in a 6-year-old girl treated with laparoscopy "5-minute video".
Methods:

This child underwent a laparoscopic treatment of his vesico-ureteral reflux according to the technique of Lich Gregoire.
Results:
The patient was operated by laparoscopy using three 5 mm trocarts, the operating time was 300 minutes, the child came out of the hospital 2 days postoperatively.
The follow-up was a clinical evaluation with no urinary tractus infection, urethrocystography was performed at 6-month There's no VUR.
Conclusion:
The extravesical Laparoscopic treatment of vesico-ureteral reflux in children according to Lich-Gregoir technique is an alternative to open surgery.
