Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disorder ,that affects 1 of 4500 children in France, it is caused by mutations in both copies of gene for thecystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) protein,responsible for the transport of chlorure.

it can manifest at birth, during childhood or at the adulthood, by respiratory and / or digestive signs.
In our case it was the cause of a neonatal occlusion in whom we made a loop colostomy.

The patient died three days ofter of a septic schoc .
