Résumé
Inula viscosa is a perennial plant that is found in Algeria; in order to contribute to the valorization of this plant we were interested in extracting the essential oils of these leaves in the dry state by water and steam distillation And by hydrodistillation. The harvest of the plant was carried out in two regions, Bab Ezzouar (B) and Cherchell (C), for two periods, one in May (B1, C1) and the other in July (B2, C2). The highest yield was obtained for C2 by the two extraction methods. The drying kinetics of the leaves showed the absence of the transient phase and the drying phase at constant speed. The essential oils obtained by C2 with the two methods are analyzed by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC / MS).
