Annonce Nous avons le regret d'annoncer l'annulation de la conf�rence internationale ICEEAC'2019 pr�vu le 16 et 17 D�cembre 2019, suite �� une r�union durant laquelle il a �t� jug� que les conditions et les circonstances ne sont pas favorables au d�roulement de cette conf�rence . Le comit� d'organisation pr�sente toutes ses excuses �� tous les participants et� compte sur leur compr�hension. Il souhaite par ailleurs, que dans le future proche que les conditions soient meilleur pour l'organisation de tels �v�nement. Encore une fois nous excusons pour cette d�cision.
