EVENT FORMAT Hybrid on-site and online event

 

 

Registration and login are required to participate to our Conference.

To participate to our Conference you are invited to make an registration  with our platform by creating a personal account .

  • For those interested only in the content of the conference, please create an account by only checking the reader box in the account creation form.
  • For authors (submitters) to the conference, please create an account, taking care to check only the author box in the account creation form


 

For submitters:

Abstract followed by proposal (2 rounds of review required; first for abstract, second for proposal) :

 

In other words:

Round 1, after creating an account as an author, connect to your account, click on new submission, indicate your choice of participation (ORAL - POSTER) in the comment field for the director, validate then fill in the fields of the title and that of the summary.And finalize you abstract submission, then you will  receive a notification .

After first evaluation of the summary,you will receive a notification (  proposal accepted, revisions required or declined proposal) .

Round 2 : And if you are selected (  proposal accepted) , all you have to do, is log in to your account, attach your complete article as an attach file and finalize the submission.

CONTRIBUTION TERMS

 

This call for papers is addressed at researchers, doctoral students and teacher-researchers in the fields of architecture, town planning and archaeology.

It is also open to researchers who also question the digitization of heritage within their disciplinary field and who are engaged in research approaches.

 

 

Only Papers that are directly related to the theme and include practical case studies will be accepted.

  • Notifications of acceptance of proposals: 15/03/2024
  • Sending a first status of the text of the communication: 30/04/2024
  • Sending the final text of the communication:15/05/2024
  • Course of the conference: September 22, 2024
  • Sending the final version of the text of the communication
  • Publication of the conference proceedings

 

 

The conference will result in a publication, after evaluation of the articles by the scientific committee.

The articles selected by the scientific committee will be published in accordance with international academic standards.
