Objectives and axes of the seminar
This seminar is intended as an exchange and debate between researchers interested in space syntax and as an investigative tool in understanding the different modes of use of architectural and urban space.
On the occasion of this first seminar, the theories and techniques of space syntax will be put forward as a research method and as a measurement tool for the understanding of the spatial configuration and the analysis of social, economic, cultural, and environmental phenomena, to provide the best and appropriate solutions.
This seminar is based on four axes:
1. Space syntax and society.
2. Space syntax and economy.
3. Space syntax and culture.
4. Space syntax and environment.
