Submission Conditions
Authors are invited to submit an abstract in Arabic or English or French, with no more than 500 words. Proposals should not be published or sent elsewhere. Proposals include the following:
1) The title of the communication, specifying the axis;
2) The precise contact details of the author (s),
3) The abstract, which contains: the objective, the problematic, the theoretical framework, the case study, the methodology and the main results;
4) Keywords (05 maximum);

The selected papers will be the subject of publications in a journal and in a proceedings.
