With great pleasure, the Organizing Committee announces the first call for abstract submission and school application for the 1st International Conference and School on Radiation Imaging (ICSRI-2020), tobe held at Ferhat Abbas-Seitf1 University, in Setif, Algeria, from 26 to 30 September, 2021. The conference is supported by the Algerian Nuclear Commission (COMENA).

The conference will include plenary sessionswith conferences presented by eminent scientists, and orally and in poster sessions covering the different conference topics.

The invited talks will be chosen to reviewrecent advances in different areas covered by the conference.

The conference will be followed by a three (3) days school for doctorate students and newly qualified academics and researchers in the field of radiation imaging and applications (20 participants max.). The program of the school will include lectures and practical sessions on three topics:

1. X-ray tomography,

2.Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and

3. Image processing in Radiation Imaging.

The conference papers will be published in a special issue of a peer reviewed international journal which will be announced soon.

Considering the impact that the current COVID-19 pandemic has on travel and event restrictions, The ICSRI-2021 will be organized as follows:

--> School: Face-to-face in classroom and laboratory

Some Information For Workshop Participants First of all, we would like to welcome you to S�tif and to our University. We hope your stay will be enjoyable and beneficial. We you provide some information, which we hope will be useful, concerning your stay in Setif. It is cold during this time of year in S�tif. Be sure to bring back with you appropriate clothing The Workshop will take place at the Auditorium Salah KERMI located at Campus El Maabouda seat of the Faculty of Technology. This campus is located at the western entrance to the city. For accommodation, it is the responsibility of the participant. we have you proposed, on the Workshop website, a list of hotel establishments with their prices. It is up to you to contact these establishments for the reservation. Almost all of these hotels are not very far from the tram line. The latter serves the Maabouda campus. It's necessary get off at the Ferhat Abbas stop. You can buy a tram ticket at each station. Its cost is 40 D.A. For students, it is imperative to bring a registration certificate recent to benefit from the student rate. Participation fees include lunches, coffee breaks and workshop documents. Lunches will be served at the sports complex of El Bez. The participants will be transported by bus from the place of the workshop to the restaurant and return. Be sure to wear your badge throughout the Wokshop.
